Subject: Investor Access to the Proxy Ballot

Please give shareholders a meaningful role in the voting of directors over 
corporate enterprises. Presently, shareholders lack a real voice & choice in 
selecting directors to oversee corporations. It is time to give shareholders 
some say in the goverance of companies in which they have invested their 
hard-earned capital.
