I would like to comment in favor of the proposed changes in  File No. 
S7-19-03.

In light of recent disclosures of malfeasance among corporate directors it is 
vital that stockholders be given a voice in selection of directors.

In fact, the proposed changes don’t go far enough. Stockholdes should be 
allowed to nominate people for the BOD at any election. But the proposed rules 
changes are at least a start in making Boards of Directors accountable to 
stockholders.

I hope the rules proposed in File No. S7-19-03 are adopted.
