From: Home [elme0935@bellsouth.net] Sent: Wednesday, March 31, 2004 4:37 PM To: rule-comments@sec.gov Subject: S7-19-03 I am strongly in favor of a resolution to allow shareowners to nominate directors for the Board of Directors of a company. At present the rules are stacked against shareholders and all we can do is withhold a vote for the Board nominated directors. This is a sham. We are told we are the owners of the corporation, but if we are owners, why can't we nominate the Directors of our company. Executives vote themselves large raises, issue stock options which dilute our shares and don't even have to abide by proxy resolutions that are passed at the annual meeting. Please help us to assert our rights as owners and let the process be a democratic one. Walter J. Ehmer 770 392 0935
