Subject: investor nominees for BOD

I strongly support the initiative to allow investors to nominate candidates for 
the BOD for those companies for which they hold stock.  It is a step, albeit a 
small step, to improve corporate governance.  I need simply to look at my 
position in DPL where the chairman and CEO is intent on lining his pockets at my 
expense, living in Florida, and sleeping with CFO, who also lives in Florida and 
is IMHO marginally qualified (for CFO).  DP&L's headquarters is of course in 
Dayton Ohio.
