From: Tom Morrisette [tmmc@lehigh.edu] Sent: Wednesday, March 31, 2004 7:45 AM To: rule-comments@sec.gov Subject: File No. S7-19-03 : This is a good start Please implement your Proposed Rule: Security Holder Director Nominations. The shareholders own the company. Our current rules make it much too hard for shareholders to have any practical way to control the company they own. This proposal doesn't go nearly far enough to restore shareholder power, but it is a good first start. Tom Morrisette PS: The arguments that I have read for opposing this measure seem to thing that management owns the company. They aren't even worth refuting. -- Today is a good day to code. ------------------------------------------------- This mail sent through IMP: http://horde.org/imp/
