I'm not a paid lobbyist, I'm an investor. If I'm going to have the confidence to 
keep investing, I need to feel that the directors of the companies in which I 
wish to invest have some accountability to me. It's hard to have that confidence 
with so many incestuous corporate boards barely answerable and rewarding 
incompetence through a system of mutual back-scratching.

I urge you to seriously consider supporting this new rule.
