Katz Securities and Exchange Commission 450 Fifth Street, N.W. Washington, DC 20549 Dear Secretary Katz, Not too long ago, I watched in horror as much of my retirement was lost due to inadequate regulation on the part of the SCC. That's now in the past, and I applaud your recent efforts to bring about more corporate accountability. However, you need to do more. Please approve the proposed proxy access rule as soon as possible. Delay will only serve o weaken this important regulation. I have to say that I'm not crazy about the rule. I think it should provide an even more open-ended democratic process. That said, I think you need to implement it as is so as to establish the bare minimum of protection for the American people. Thank you. Sincerely, Tim Hill 6 N. 41st Ave. Yakima, Washington 98908
