Subject: Corporate Board of Directors

I support all measures to protect share holder interests which means that
the current system which is controlled by a bunch of good old boys must go.
All shareholders should have an equal say as to nominees for the board.
The current system of having the current board nominate directors is unfair
and keeps incompetent and dishonest directors in place.
