I hope that you will make it possible for shareholders to nominate individuals to the boards of companies that they own. Companies make statements such as "Business is not in the business of listening to shareholders." Who then do they listen to? They surely want shareholders to purchase shares and keep share prices up. Japanese automakers listened to their customers. American automakers belatedly decided to listen and are still trying to stem the loss in market share. Perhaps some of the ideas of shareholders would improve their businesses. Thanks for your support in proposing changes. Hang tough. Davis T. Davis Sydnor 4249 Eastlea Drive Columbus, OH 43214 614-292-3865
