I am sending this e-mail in support of your proposed rulemaking on security 
holder director nominations.  Shareholder are the owners of the corporations.  
When management and the board of directors are not responsive to shareholders, 
particularly long-term shareholders, there needs to be an effective mechanism 
in place to deal with such recalcitrance and to allow shareholders to have a 
realistic way in which to nominate directors.  Thank you for your consideration.
