Also, votes on precedures such as the recent HP expensed options proposal should be binding....again subject to SEC supervision. Only investor nominated directors should approve board and senior executive level remunerations. Half the board should be investor nominated. Investor nominated directors should be registered wigh the SEC six months prior to the vote, and they should meet minimum credential guidelines as part of the registration guidelines. Just because you are a professor in an MBA program is not sufficient. However, Bill Gates would qualify;-) GAAP should be linked. Regards, Robert R.
