From: Rob Wyder [rob@dyadis.com] Sent: Monday, March 29, 2004 6:40 PM To: rule-comments@sec.gov Subject: S7-19-03 To Whom It May Concern, I applaud the SEC's efforts to allow shareholders a more meaningful role in the nomination and election of corporate directors as outlined in 17 CFR, Parts 240, 249, and 274. I believe that improvements in corporate governance are critical to improved performance by U.S. corporations, which in turn, is critical to real economic progress. I do not believe that the necessary improvements will come from within, it is difficult if not impossible for corporations to make these types of changes unilaterally, they will only happen through improved regulations. Thank you for your work on behalf of shareholders. Sincerely Yours Rob Wyder
