Dear SEC Governance Committee:

As an American who is quite concerned about the fate
of our great country, I beg you to help introduce at
least a small level of honesty into the current
corporate structure.  It is obvious to even the most
novice investor that the current system of incumbent
directors rewarding themselves and their cronies is
bad for business overall.  I know it is hard to stand
up to the forces of power but I beg you to please
think of our country and do the right thing.  Please
vote to change the system to begin leveling the
playing field and allow shareholders a small fighting
chance.
