Dear Sir/Madam:

I am an a private investor and I am very unsatisfied with the lack of 
oversight of the corporate environment.  The unethical behavior of 
corporate executives and boards is affecting our economy in a very 
negative way.  I support giving shareholders more control over 
nominating and selecting board members.  The shareholders are the owners 
of companies and they should be able to control the company's destiny..
