The nomination of officers to corporate boards is long over-due.  If the 
directors on these boards all behaved as Arthur Levitz, this would be 
unneccessary, however, Mr. Levitt is the exception rather than the rule.  As a 
person nearing retirement who has almost all of her assets in the market, I 
support and applaud this effort.
