Subject: Selection and Election of Directors by Ordinary Shareholders
This is one of the best proposals that ever came out of the SEC.  By all means, 
let`s break the unending cycle of directors nominating themselves and/or their 
close business associates for a cushy directors position.  Most of these 
directors have never invested a dime in the businesses that they are supposed to 
be supervising.
