RE: Shareholder election of directors
 
This is to support the SEC suggested reform that would allow shareholders a 
greater ability to elect independent directors. The current system essentially 
allows the existing directors to reelect themselves; changing this system  would 
cause directors to consider the interests of shareholders before approving big 
pay packages and golden parachute  benefits.
