Subject: S7-19-03: Recommending Affirmation of the Proposed Rule

Sirs, I endorse your proposed rule to require companies to include security 
holder director nominations on company-issued proxies.  I believe that this rule 
would force companies to provide the best available representation on their 
governance boards, and would serve to reduce the incidences of self-serving 
board nominations that do not consider security holder rights.
