YES!!!! YES!!!! YES!!!! to S7-19-03 to allow investor nominees for
boards of directors on a proxy ballot.  We're getting FED UP with the
CEOs and Boards of Directors rakin' a company for all it's worth and
leaving spit for the little guy (Enron, Global Crossing (Gary Winnick
belongs in jail), WorldCom, Tyco, etc.).  Down with the sleazoids!
