I am strongly in support of new rules for shareholder access to the
proxy.  I believe the current proposed rules need to go further,
allowing shareholders to take action in a faster time frame and lowering
ownership thresholds to a more reasonable level.  My thanks to the staff
and Commissioners for all of their hard work on this important
initiative.
