A cursory look at Wall Street clearly shows why Saddam got a 99% turnout and a unanimous YES vote when he held an election. Investors have little or no choice as to whom they will re-elect as directors. It's up to the SEC to interrupt this cozy relationship that allows corruption and thievery to continue unabated in the US corporate structure. Thank You, Mark Miller
