Speaking as an investor who has been burned by CEO's and Boards of 
Directors who are up to their necks in misfeasance and malfeasance, I 
urge you to break up the closed loop system that has passed for honest 
corporate governance over the past half century.  A cursory look at Wall 
Street clearly shows why Saddam  got a 99% turnout and a unanimous YES 
vote when he held an election.  Investors have little or no choice as to 
whom they will re-elect as directors.  It's up to the SEC to interrupt 
this cozy relationship that allows  corruption and thievery to continue 
unabated in the US corporate structure.
