Subject: (s7-19-03) minority shareholder rights

I support the proposed rule to make it possible for minority shareholders
to selected members of the board of directors of corporations.  The recent
scandals have revealed the lack of accountability of directors who have
allowed corporate abuses to occur.  The proposed rule is one step in the
right direction to stop this outrageous behavior.
