Subject: (s7-19-03) Investor nominees to Boards of Directors

GENTLEMEN:  As an investor in stocks in mutual funds, I fully support the 
efforts to "open up" the process whereby investors can nominate candidates for 
corporate director positions.  I'm fed up with the arrogance found in many board 
rooms.  Let's put an end to it and make it possible for the "little guy" to have 
a voice.
