The shareholder are the owners of the company. How is it they are not permitted to submit names for election to the board of directors? The recent looting of corporate America in an illustration of the failure of corporate boards of directors in their responsibilities to shareholder. There is no accountability for such failures. Dear SEC, tighten up the rules. Give shareholder more control over the companies that they own. Jesse Walton 885 Magnolia Court, Marco Island, FL 34145.
