It doesn't go far enough, but at least it's a start for shareholders to have a voice in the continuation, or not, of some Directors. Investors have been treated badly enough in some of the scandels this year. If Directors have no ethics or morals, then new rules are called for. At least it would put some faith back into the SEC.
