Dear SEC,

I fully support your proposal (S7-19-03).  This is a good start, but we need
to do much more to put the Share Holders interest first.  Please do not let
the wealth and power of a few dominate what should be a democratic process.
Today's system of electing a Board of Directors is abysmal.
