In regards to the proposal identified in the subject field I wish to voice my 
approval for this rule change. I have felt that so many of the items on a 
corporate proxy are a sham. Although I don't think this rule goes far enough it 
is a start in the direction of restoring some accountability for Corporate 
management and Directors.
