The above mentioned rule would go a long way to begin to give confidence
to our pension fund participants. Please register me in support of the
rule.

I write to you as Chairman of the Board of the Public Employee
Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI). We have over 100,000 cops, teachers,
firefighters, and other public employees. Many of them are skeptical
that US financial markets are fair to all shareholders.

Additionally I am a director of a number of organizations, both
publicly traded and private. All of these Boardrooms would make better
decisions with Directors who are most tuned into shareholders.
