I am writing to provide brief comment on Rule S7-19-03.  Given the enormous 
losses sustained by investors over the last several years and the enormous 
sums paid to directors who were hand-picked to run a number of the companies 
driving these losses, I can think of no more appropriate start to remedy this 
problem than to provide shareholders with greater access to the director 
election process.

I strongly urge the SEC to adopt Rule S7-19-03 and to provide shareholders 
with the control to which they are entitled.
