I am a shareholder in many companies.  I consider voting for a slate of 
directors proposed by the insiders a farce in which I will no longer 
partake.  I urge you not to cave in to the whining of special interests 
who fear for their entrenched privileges.  Owners risk their capital 
and need the protection of the laws to protect their investment.  That 
is more important than to protect the cushy jobs of incumbents.
