     I am a stock holder in several companies, one of which was worldcom.  I did 
not buy it, they bought a company I was holding.  I am sick of owning companies 
and not having any say as to how or who runs them.  Corporate boards do not 
serve the the share holders.  Please adopt S7-19-03.  It will not solve the 
problem but it is a step in the right direction.
