My name is Dr. Felix N Chien, DO, and I would like to express my dismay over the 
lack of independent directors on several companies...Disney, Oracle stand 
foremost on my mind.  The election of former Senator Mitchell as the new 
chairman of the board truly astounds me after a 43% vote of no-confidence for 
Michael Eisner...we have to sit through and watch one of his cronies move into 
his position. 
I am writing to add my support to continue to force corporate leadership to pay 
attention to its shareholders.
