I fully support the proposal to allow investor nominees for boards of the 
directors on the proxy ballot.  However I do not believe it goes far enough.  
The rules and conditions to allow this are too restrictive.  Boards and 
management are the stewards of the corporation, not the owners though they may 
treat it as such.  Shareholders are the owners and deserve the right to have a 
nominee placed on the board though the proxy ballot.
