Dear Jonathan G. Katz, Secretary 
I am writing in support of shareholders being able to improve nomination for 
candidates for corporate boards.  The SEC should support investors' rights to 
nominate legitimate candidates for company boards. 
Until corporate governing is improved to make directors more accountable to 
shareholders, investor confidence in markets will decrease. 
It is time to clean up corporate America and restore the people's faith in  the 
financial system.
