To whom it may concern,
 
Please pass S7-19-03 to help give shareholders (the REAL company owners) some 
rights when it comes to electing the board of directors for a public company. 
This article by no means gives shareholders complete access to board elections, 
but it is a huge step in the right direction. It is time to do something about 
corporate board malfeasance and I think S7-19-03 will help.
