Subject: SECURITY HOLDER DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Hello SEC,

I'm writing to support the proposal to allow investor nominees for corporate
boards of directors.  I am both a stockholder and an employee of a Fortune
500 company, and I believe that making it easier for shareholders to
nominate board members will improve corporate governance and ultimately
result in improved company performance.
