Subject: Proposed rules allowing shareholders to propose candidates for
executive boards

        Please add my name to the list of shareholders that are asking
for a chance to vote for someone other than a member of "The good old
boys" club for directors of publicly held companies;the proposed rules
while somewhat minimal are a step in the right direction and in my
opinion deserve to be adopted.
