Dear Sirs:
 
Your proposal is a step in the right direction but doesn't go far enough.  
Shareholders need to have the ability to more easily effect changes in the 
directorship of the companies they own.  The current kinds of abuses, outrageous 
salaries, security fraud and the like, will continue until the current system is 
significantly changed.
