Hi - Thank you for considering changes to the current system.

If even a small portion of the list of items in this article are true:

then change is greatly needed.  If most of what this article contains is 
true, I believe that not changing the system will result in more and more 
scandals and loss of investor confidence in our system of investing.

I sincerely hope you make the decision to begin changing and improving the
