Dear Sir or Madam,

Corporate accountability requires that they actually
be options to challenge the current corporate
governance in this country.  

I strongly support the proposed rule:

Security Holder Director Nominations

As a shareholder, I am concerned that much of my
retirement account is tied up in securities where the
average shareholder has little input.  I have decided
not to invest any more in the securities market until
I have some confidence about the governance of most
corporations.  In fact, I am considering withdrawing
some of my savings and place it in other investment
options - local small businesses and real estate.
