Please pass this regulation, and other regulations, that strengthen shareholders 
ability to take active roles in the directing of publicly held companies. It is 
very difficult for average shareholders to make any impact and this regulation 
would be a great step in the right direction. If it can open the eyes of the 
boards and executives to realize that they need to be responsible, that would be 
wonderful. Thank you for proposing this regulation. Please pass this regulation 
and do not be swayed by the lobyists from the businesses that do not want this
