I totally agree that investors should at least have rights equal to corporate
board members when it comes to nominating candidates for that board.  Clearly
the balance is on the side of self interested board members who appear to have
lost sight of the fact that they work for us - the investors and owners of the
company.  Please, change the rules and give investors a greater say in the
governance of the asset they have paid for far more dearly than most board
members or corporate executives.  Thank you.
