We support the Securities and Exchange Commission proposal subject above.  Both 
of us have ownership in 401(k)'s as well as a joint individual investor account.  
The SEC proposal would allow investor nominees for boards of the directors to be 
placed on the proxy ballot along with those of the corporation.  Corporate 
America directors have too long scratched each others backs to the detriment of 
the everyday 'little-guy' stockholder.  Please do all you can to pass this 
proposal and other changes that can give the small stockholder at least an 
opportunity at a fair place at the table.  Thank you.
