Current rules and accepted practices foster actions unhealthy to company owners (shareholders) - as has been patently and embarrassingly evident. Current rules and procedures, for the most part, for the election of board members are antithetical to this nation's normal standards. Those most affected by leadership should (must) have a strong voice in controlling that leadership. Please enact and enforce this rule. Charles L.
