As an investment adviser we support rule S7-19-03 which will bring about 
much-needed reforms to the process for electing, and removing, directors 
from corporate boards. In order for investor confidence to be restored, and 
for boards to fulfill their duty, it is necessary that shareholders themselves 
have a greater ability than they currently do to change the composition of 
corporate boards. I strongly urge the SEC to adopt this long overdue reform.
