Subject: (s7-19-03) support for investor nominees to be placed on the company 
ballots

I am a small investor and am writing to ask the SEC to support the proposed 
reforms that would allow investor nominees to appear on the regular ballots when 
electing board members to public corporations/companies.  This is long overdue.
