I support the proposal to include candidates nominated by long-term and larger 
shareholders in company proxy materials.  As a small investor, I know my influence 
is negligible, but this proposal is a beginning in opening up the board selection 
process so that the interests of shareholders are better protected -- protection 
which recent events have shown is much needed!
