Please pass the proposal.  Let us owners have just a little say in the choosing 
of the boards.  It's not like this proposal is going to change anything 
dramatically all by itself.  It seems alot like having the Union just outside 
the factory gates.  Keeps em on their toes.  Thanks for hearing my input.
