Dear SEC:

The Brent Society, which is a NAIC Investment Club in Fredericksburg, 
VA, wishes to urge you to approve SEC Proposed Rule #34-48626.  This 
rule may not go quite as far as we might like it to go, requiring as it 
does that special conditions must occur before shareholders can nominate 
directors, but it is certainly a step in the right direction.
