To Whom It May Concern:

As an individual investor in more than a few corporations I am frustrated
at the near complete lack of accountability exhibited by most boards of
directors.  They ahave consistently thwarted legitimate shareholder
interests in a (so far very successful) attempt to protect their own narrow
self-interests above all else.  I urge you in the strongest possible way to
implement the modest reforms proposed under S7-19-03.  This would only be a
first step in the long process of cleaning up corporate America, but it is
desperately needed.
